Restoring lost volume for a fuller, more youthful face.
"Lifting alone cannot replace what time takes from beneath the skin. Volume that has been lost is best restored with the patient's own purified fat — that's what brings the dimension of the face back to life."
— Dr. Choi Dong-Il, Director
An autologous volume restoration procedure: the patient's own fat is purified and reinjected into areas where volume has been lost.
Fat is gently harvested from areas with extra reserves — most often the abdomen or thighs — and processed to isolate only the most viable cells. The refined fat is then reinjected into areas where volume has been lost or never quite developed.
Because the graft comes from your own body, there is no risk of rejection, and the result blends naturally into the surrounding tissue. The harvest site itself often benefits as well, with a subtle contouring effect.
※ Some reabsorption is a normal part of the process. We use only thoroughly purified fat to maximize graft survival.
Time and recovery vary depending on the harvest and treatment areas.
An autologous filler that integrates naturally and carries no risk of rejection.
Refining out everything except viable cells helps maximize how much graft survives.
Precise placement across the forehead, glabella, midface, chin, and other targeted zones.

Five common situations in which fat grafting tends to be the right fit.
Hollowed cheeks or
temples that read as older
A flat forehead, glabella,
or nasolabial area
Fine lines and shadows
that deepen over time
Patients who prefer
autologous over synthetic filler
Patients who would also like
contouring at the donor site
What aging takes from the face is the underlying volume beneath the skin, and the loss of that volume is what creates the shadows we associate with looking older. Replacing it precisely with the patient's own purified fat restores the dimension that time has taken away.
Debris and unviable material are filtered out before injection so the highest possible proportion of cells survives.
Microinjection that respects the underlying vessels and nerves, placed in small aliquots for an even, natural-looking result.
Harvest, purify, and microinject — handled in a single session.
Harvest, purification, and placement carried out in one careful procedure.
Wherever the face has lost dimension, fat can be placed with precision.
