The photos below, apart from brightness adjustment,
have received no other retouching :)
Before surgery, the eyelids were thick and puffy,
with the pupils largely hidden by the eyelids —
small eyes overall.
Through incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction, we aimed to make the pupils more visible and to improve the sleepy, droopy look.
In addition, with epicanthoplasty we planned to create
even larger, brighter, more open eyes :)
