Hello!

Always doing our best to deliver highly satisfying surgery,

this is Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery :)

Today, Dr. Choi Dong-il of Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery

will show you male incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty (back opening), and lower canthoplasty (bottom opening)

before-and-after photos :)

The photos below, apart from brightness adjustment,

have not been retouched in any way :)

Notice on side effects and precautions — Male Blepharoplasty
Before surgery — Male Blepharoplasty

Before surgery, the amount of visible iris was quite small —

small, long eyes.

This patient wanted to make the eyes as large as possible,

so through incisional eye-shape correction we improved the eyelid covering the iris, and with epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty (back opening), and lower canthoplasty (bottom opening)

we decided to create large, refreshed-looking eyes :)

After surgery — Male Blepharoplasty

Male incisional eye-shape correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty (back opening), lower canthoplasty (bottom opening)

this is day 7 after surgery.

The redness on the inner eye is conjunctival swelling (chemosis),

which, when canthoplasty is performed (especially lateral and lower canthoplasty),

occurs quite often.

The degree varies from person to person, but it all disappears over time, so there is no need to worry :)

After surgery — Male Blepharoplasty

This is 6 months after male incisional eye-shape correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty (back opening), and lower canthoplasty (bottom opening).

Before and after photos of Male Blepharoplasty

This is a comparison of before surgery and 6 months after surgery :)
