Before surgery, there was a high, deep, prominent double-eyelid line,
and the eyelid covered much of the pupil,
giving a somewhat sleepy impression.
In this patient's case, when the eyes are open,
he wanted the double-eyelid line to be almost invisible
and to be improved to clearer, more defined eyes!
Our Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery's
monolid eye-shape correction / double-eyelid removal surgery is
not about aggressively cutting away skin, but
lowering the line and rolling it inward —
a “hide-the-double-eyelid” surgery!

This is day 7 after surgery :)
The double-eyelid fold that was deep and prominent on the outside before surgery
has tucked neatly inward, becoming a hidden in-fold double eyelid!
