Before the revision, the double-eyelid line was not high, but
when the eyes were open the line was slightly visible and looked deep
In fact, many men do not prefer having the double-eyelid line
visible when the eyes are open
On top of that, there was some line asymmetry as well
Through incisional eye-shape correction revision surgery, this patient
had the double-eyelid line lowered so that, when the eyes are open,
the fold would not be visible, and
we also created symmetry between both eyes
