Before surgery, there was a high, deeply defined double-eyelid line,
giving a somewhat wide-eyed, intense impression.
In this patient's case, he wanted, when the eyes are open,
the double-eyelid line to be only slightly visible,
and wished to improve it that way!

is, strictly speaking, a "double-eyelid hiding" surgery :)
Rather than removing the fold, we create a thin line and then
roll the fold inward and tuck it in,
making a thin, inner double eyelid that is not visible from the outside :)

the skin just above the eyelashes is cut away,
there is a high chance of irreversible side effects.
