Hello!
Always doing our best to deliver highly satisfying results,
this is Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery :)
Today, by Dr. Choi Dong-il of Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery,
male incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction with epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty —
we will show you the before-and-after photos :)
The photos below, aside from brightness adjustment,
have not been retouched in any way :)

This is before surgery.
The eyes are small, short in both horizontal and vertical length,
so most of the iris is covered by the eyelid and not visible.
This patient wanted an inner (hidden) double-eyelid line created
so that the eyes would become naturally bigger.
Most male patients, like this, want an inner double eyelid created
so that the fold is not visible from the outside while naturally
achieving the effect of larger eyes :)
The surgery was performed as follows!
Incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty
For male patients, the incisional method is often more suitable than the non-incision method,
because in men the skin is thick and the subcutaneous tissue and the like
are abundant, so the eyelids often appear thick and heavy!
So if the surgery is done with the non-incision method,
the sutures tend to come loose too easily.
Also, if non-incision eye-shape correction is forced,
side effects such as an excessive pulling sensation can occur,
so it must be done with the method that suits you.
So then, for whom is non-incision eye-shape correction suitable —
in which cases?
Please be sure to take note and find the surgical method
that is right for you :)
