She had surgery before, but the double-eyelid fold had almost entirely come undone,
leaving a faint line and sleepy-looking eyes.
This is a case that occurs when the fixation was weak,
and it improves once the fixation is properly redone :)
For this patient we performed incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction revision along with
epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty together!
