Hello!
Always doing our very best for surgery with high patient satisfaction,
this is Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery :)
Today we'd like to share Dr. Choi Dong-il of Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery's
double eyelid revision surgery (scar-preserving high fold correction, lowering the line):
here are the before-and-after photos!
The photos below have not been retouched at all,
aside from brightness adjustment :)

This is before the revision surgery.
The double eyelid line is high and slightly loosened,
and because of scarring the line is not clean but wrinkled.
In cases like this, because the line is very high,
cutting out the scar would leave too little skin,
which would make the shape even worse.
In this case, the key points of the surgery are as follows.

Double eyelid revision surgery (scar-preserving high fold correction, lowering the line):
this is right after suture removal on day 7 post-op.

Double eyelid revision surgery (scar-preserving high fold correction, lowering the line):
this is how it looks at 2 years post-op.

In the photo above, you can see the existing scar from the scar-preserving high fold correction (the "two-line" technique)
and the newly created line.
The faint white part above (yellow) is the existing scar,
and the part below (green) is the newly created line.

A comparison of before surgery and 2 years after :)
