Hello!
Always doing our best to deliver highly satisfying results,
this is Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery :)
Today we would like to share Dr. Choi Dong-il's
buried-suture removal + buried-suture revision before & after photos :)
The photos below have had no retouching
other than brightness adjustment :)

This is how the eyes looked before the revision surgery.
Because the buried-suture method was used to force the line too high on eyes with skin sagging,
the result looked unnatural.
In addition, the two eyes appear to open to noticeably different degrees.
The right eye (on the left in the photo)
opened less from right after the surgery, the patient said.
The surgery began first with
1. Removing the sutures from the previous surgery, then
2. Creating a double-eyelid line at an appropriate height with the buried-suture method.
This is how it was carried out, as a buried-suture removal + buried-suture revision :)

This is how it looked on day 4 after the buried-suture removal + buried-suture revision surgery.

This is how it looked 1 month after the buried-suture removal + buried-suture revision surgery.

This is a comparison of before surgery and 1 month after surgery :)
Compared to the incision method, the buried-suture method
has the advantage of a faster recovery period, but
it must be applied to patients suited to the buried-suture method
in order to achieve good results!
Those who may be at risk of an unfavorable result
from the buried-suture method are as follows.
Please be sure to take this into account and
choose the surgical method that is right for you :)
