Before surgery, there was a deep, prominent double-eyelid fold,
giving a somewhat wide-eyed, intense impression.
Through incisional eye-shape correction revision surgery, this patient
wanted to lower the double-eyelid line so that, when the eyes are open,
the double-eyelid fold would not be visible.

Our Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery's

strictly speaking, is a "hide-the-double-eyelid" surgery :)
Rather than removing the double-eyelid, we create a thin line and then
roll the double-eyelid fold inward and tuck it in,
creating a thin, hidden in-fold double eyelid that isn't visible from the outside :)

If, in order to remove the double-eyelid,
the skin just above the eyelashes is cut away,
there is a high chance of irreversible side effects.
