The eyes were already large and pretty before surgery,
but she wanted a slightly more refreshed eye shape,
so we performed incisional eye-shape correction, lateral canthoplasty (back opening), and lower canthoplasty (bottom opening) :)

this is day 7 after surgery.
The redness on the inner eye is conjunctival swelling (chemosis) caused by the canthoplasty,
which gets better over time,
so there is no need to worry too much :)
