Pre-op, the right eye on the photo (her own left) clearly opens far wider than the other side.

One week post-op, at suture removal.
There is still significant swelling and bruising.

Two months post-op.
Swelling has subsided substantially.
The result continues to look more natural with time. Most of the swelling has resolved by the six-month mark, but the underlying tissues can take up to two years to fully settle.

By six months, the look had become much more natural.
