The right eye required retraction repair; the left eye showed severe multiple folds, with the lateral aperture also opening too widely.

Closed-eye view of the scarring.

Skin was severely lacking, the scarring was significant, and almost no internal fat tissue remained.

Six months post-op.

The retracted eye is now covering the iris properly, and the multiple folds have substantially improved.

One side, however, lacks volume in the sub-brow region and looks slightly hollow.

This is a volume deficit rather than a multiple-fold issue, so fat grafting is the appropriate next step.

We plan to perform fat grafting as a second-stage procedure.

For a severely compromised case, this is a strong outcome.
