Multiple Folds After Double Eyelid Surgery — A Case with Upper-Lid Fat Grafting

She had been operated on multiple times at other clinics.

Her crease had come undone, the upper lid had hollowed out, and a triple fold had developed.

We rebuilt the crease with a fixation strong enough to keep it from coming undone yet light enough to let the levator transmit its force properly, then filled the hollow above the lid with microfat-and-nanofat grafting.

One week post-op — some bruising remains, but the result is holding well.

She continued without any issues and returned for a follow-up at one year and six months.
