Fat grafting has its place, but in most cases of multiple upper eyelid creases, working with the existing intra-orbital fat is enough — adding more is rarely necessary.

We removed the grafted fat that had formed unwanted adhesions, repositioned the clean upper-lid fat to allow proper eye opening, and put measures in place to prevent the adhesions from re-forming.
