Two-Line Revision for a Sausage-Roll Fold · Three-Month Scar
Pre-op view. With the eyes open, the crease reads thick and slightly sausage-like.
Right after surgery, the sausage look is naturally even more pronounced.
Swelling resolves quickly.
There is some residual swelling here, but keep in mind this is only one week post-op.
Three months post-op.
The scar will continue to refine.
The proper name for the two-line revision is "crease-thinning revision that preserves the existing scar."
It is a long phrase, so colloquially we call it 두줄따기. The term is patient-coined shorthand rather than formal medical terminology.

The technique creates two lines so that the original adhesion can be released at one of them.
On the other eye, the larger upper arrow points to the original scar (her old crease).
The smaller arrow on the right points to the newly formed crease.
She is only three months out so the scars still read distinctly, but they will fade further.
