"Big-eye surgery" is the catch-all phrase for procedures that make the eye look larger. Patients do not usually walk in asking for it by that name, but there are several ways to enlarge the eye. The right combination of canthoplasty procedures, paired with the right crease design, opens up the palpebral aperture.
Notice how the same fold reads differently on the second photo? The eye looks bigger. This patient had an incisional ptosis correction with medial epicanthoplasty, and we converted her to an in-out fold.
