This is before surgery.
The patient had no double eyelid and,
above the eye, a multiple-fold (double-crease).
The patient wanted to use a buried-suture double eyelid
to create a thin double eyelid line
and to improve the multiple-fold crease —
that is what they wished for.

this is how it looks at 3 months.
