This is before surgery.
About a year ago, at another clinic,
the patient had a buried-suture double eyelid surgery,
but was unhappy with the double eyelid line
and wanted a buried suture removal.
During the buried suture removal,
this is the buried suture that was removed.
Because removing the buried-suture double eyelid threads
through such a small opening
is not easy,
this surgery requires
a great deal of experience and know-how.
After the buried suture removal,
this is how it looks at 1 month.
