This is how the eyes looked before surgery.

Even without a double-eyelid crease, the eyes are large and pretty,

but they look somewhat flat and plain.

Because the eyelid skin is thin and shows no sagging,

we will create the double-eyelid crease using the buried-suture (non-incision) method :)
