Even without a double-eyelid fold the eyes were relatively large, but

the eyelids covered much of the iris!

Through incisional eye-shape (ptosis) correction we improve to a more defined impression, and

with epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty

we create large, refreshed eyes :)
