we'll show you incisional eye-shape correction revision (line lowering), epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty,

This is the pre-revision appearance.
The patient had previously undergone double eyelid surgery,
but the line was high and the fold was thick, giving a sausage-like double-eyelid look.
Also, the thick double-eyelid line covered much of the iris,
which actually made the eyes look smaller and sleepy.
In this case, through incisional eye-shape correction revision,
we lower the height of the line
to create a natural double-eyelid line,
and use all-around canthoplasty to create a more open, refreshed eye shape.
This is 1 month after incisional eye-shape correction revision (line lowering), epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
This is 6 months after incisional eye-shape correction revision (line lowering), epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
