She came to us in the following condition.
About two weeks post-op from her original surgery, with prominent multiple folds in both eyes.
Her right eye showed the most severe multiple folds.
We fully released the adhesions and took measures to prevent them from re-forming.
Early revision works through the existing crease line. Because the original lines were already asymmetric, we discussed in advance that any subsequent line refinement would incur a separate fee.
Two months and twenty-five days post-op.

The multiple folds have resolved, but the underlying line asymmetry remains.
After six months, once the swelling has fully settled, we'll determine whether a line refinement is needed.
Even at this under-three-month stage with some scar-tissue ridging still present, the multiple folds have clearly improved.
The original incision lines were asymmetric, so the crease still looks uneven; resolving the multiple folds was the priority for this surgery.
Substantial improvement overall.
No ptosis correction was performed. We record all our surgeries on video for documentation, including any intraoperative findings.
Patients may view the recordings on request, though we do not release copies — the surgical recording is held under our intellectual property.
Gangnam Seoyon Plastic Surgery remains committed to giving every patient our best.
Thank you.
