She had a buried-suture (natural-adhesion) double eyelid done elsewhere and came in less than a week post-op.
I might have asked her to wait longer, but she felt the crease was too high. She had returned to the original clinic to ask for a revision and been turned away. She came to us upset and looking for help.

Closed-eye view confirms the crease does sit high.
She told me she had a low natural crease originally and asked whether we could return her to that. Given the timing, I felt we could, and I proceeded.
Doing this early matters. The earlier we intervene, the less scarring forms — and the better the result.

We removed the sutures cleanly, with zero collateral tissue trauma.

All the sutures were removed successfully. The procedure took about 10 minutes.
As I have said in earlier posts: this is genuinely difficult for someone who has not done it often, but with experience the sutures can be removed with no tissue damage.
