Photos from today's two-line revision patients (July 27, 2020) — both at suture removal.

All photos used with patient consent.

Pre-op: an out-fold to begin with. She wanted to convert it to roughly an in-out fold. Pre-op on the left, post-op on the right.

The upper arrow points to the original scar — now essentially gone. The line just below is the freshly de-sutured incision.

Another patient.

We lowered the crease on her right side, and because the medial portion read slightly sleepier than the lateral, we added a small amount of ptosis correction there.

Marked area is on her right eye.

두줄따기 is colloquial shorthand. The proper name is "crease-thinning revision without scar excision." Indicated when the patient has limited skin to spare.

Another case.

Bruising visible because the photo was taken immediately after surgery.

Out-folds rarely suit Korean facial proportions. Patients who initially raised the crease often end up converting from an out-fold to an in-out fold, which is what this revision essentially achieves.

Today's patients are still bruised and swollen, with the lashes lifting and the line looking high. It will all settle quickly.

I will post follow-ups for all three.

All from today, July 27, 2020.
