Yesterday (October 9, 2018), I gave a lecture on safe incisional double-eyelid surgery and how to minimize complications. The talk was hosted by the Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons (KAPS), Practitioners Council.
Doing a good revision matters, but preventing the need for one in the first place matters even more. The lecture focused on how to avoid getting there. It was video-heavy, so I designed the slides to be a bit more playful than usual.
I also covered how to manage thick, heavy upper lids like these.
