It has been a while since my last post.

Today I want to walk through the different styles of before-and-after results for male ptosis correction.

There is more than one way to do this in male patients.

Style 1: a flat look, with no visible crease at all.

Style 2: a faint crease visible only at the lateral end.

Style 3: a clearly visible crease.

Visible from the medial portion through to the lateral end.

There are several variations within each.

I am not a magician and cannot guarantee a 100% match to whatever the patient pictures in their head, but I do believe we can get reliably close to what they want.

The blogging platform changed recently, so I have been trying out the new features. Apparently I can drop in maps now.

And emoji.
