Lowering the Medial Crease — Reshaping the Look with Targeted Ptosis Correction

A heavy medial crease can throw off the look of the entire eye.
The medial portion of her crease was sitting high and gave the inner eye a slightly sleepy look.

We used a double-line excision to lower the heavy medial portion, with ptosis correction limited to the medial section as well.
One week post-op. Some swelling remains, but the overall shape of the eyes has clearly shifted.

Where the eye shape used to read as —
— it now reads as a softer, rounder shape.
Swelling will continue to subside, and the result should refine further as it does. The shape has come together nicely.
Worth noting: medial ptosis correction is technically difficult and tends to recur.
The skill lies in correcting it so that it stays corrected.
